Meet your future Therapist

Hi! I'm Jasmine Stiff,
LCSW
Practice Manager

I am Jasmine Stiff.  I am a licensed Clincial Social Worker. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Dillard University and a Master’s in Social Work from Jackson State

I am a therapist committed to helping women dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues and equipping women to overcome obstacles that affect their living a full life. I am passionate about women’s issues and empowerment and helping teen girls deal with self-esteem, stress, depression, and bullying. I want to equip women and girls with the tools to develop coping skills and self-care techniques. I encourage clients to practice self-compassion and be kinder in the way they talk to themselves.

I look forward to the opportunity to meet clients where they are and begin the therapeutic relationship. I will use Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Strength-Based, Person-Centered and Solution Focused Brief (SFBT) treatment modalities to achieve goals during treatment.

Jasmine accepts Cigna, Aetna, UHC, Optum, BCBS and Self-pay

TX residents and Tele-Health appointments only at this time.

Meet your future Therapist

Hi I'm Sirena Narcisse
LMSW
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) passionate about supporting individuals on their mental health journey. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Houston and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Mental health has always been my calling, and I feel deeply honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward healing and growth.
In my practice, I specialize in working with women and young girls navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, family issues, chronic medical conditions, women’s issues, and major life transitions. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, empowering each person to develop effective strategies that build emotional resilience and lasting well-being.
I focus on helping clients process difficult emotions and life experiences by drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe that every client is unique, and I work to highlight and strengthen the innate resilience and strengths they already possess. Meeting clients exactly where they are and creating a safe, supportive space to explore their concerns is at the heart of my practice. I am passionate about helping clients discover their true selves and embrace what makes them beautifully unique.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and two children, Church, traveling, reading, listening to music, and playing outdoors with our dogs.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey to greater emotional health and personal growth.
