Clinical Board Supervisor
Clinical Supervision is a process that involves a supervisor overseeing the professional work of a supervisee with four major goals:
- To promote supervisee growth and development.
- To protect the welfare of the client
- To monitor the supervisee performance and to serve as a gatekeeper for the profession
- To empower the supervisee to self-supervisee and carry out these goals as an independent professional.

Amber ethically guides supervisees through their supervision experience and has working knowledge in numerous areas of social work, such as:

Clinical Supervision with Amber
Amber offers clinical supervision in both individual and group settings, with group sessions limited to no more than four licensed social workers.
In alignment with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council guidelines, supervision toward licensure or specialty recognition requires:
- Completion of 3,000 hours over a minimum of 24 months and no more than:
- 48 months for Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure
- 60 months for Independent Practice recognition
Supervisor and supervisee meet four times monthly for one to two hours per session.
Supervision Rates:
- Individual Supervision: $75/hour
- Group Supervision: $95 per two-hour session
Supervision sessions are held on Monday and Tuesday evenings 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
