Clinical Supervision is a process that involves a supervisor overseeing the professional  work of a supervisee with four major goals:

  1. To promote supervisee growth and development.
  2. To protect the welfare of the client
  3. To monitor the supervisee performance and to serve as a gatekeeper for the profession
  4. To empower the supervisee to self-supervisee and carry out these goals as an independent professional.

Amber ethically guides supervisees through their supervision experience and has working knowledge in numerous areas of social work, such as: 

Supervision occurs in an individual and group setting with no more than four (4) licensed social workers. In accordance with Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council supervision toward licensure or specialty recognition must extend over a full 3000 hours over a period of not less than 24 full months and a period of not more than 48 full months for LCSW or not more than 60 full months for Independent Practice.
The cost of Individual supervision is $75.00 and Group supervision is $100.00 with Lane and Contributors Counseling.
