I have ten years of experience in the social work field and five years of clinical experience. I am passionate about serving and helping millennial women and young adolescent girls in the community.

I give my all when working with my clients. I promise to provide the best service to help you on your therapeutic journey. I am knowledgeable in many different therapy modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Problem Solving. I will be a great therapist for you. If you are a teen girl struggling with self-esteem, self-confidence, anxiety, depression, bullying, or any other mental health concerns, I will be a great therapist for you.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy reading, journaling, listening to music, exercising and practicing self-care.
